- Management of all Permitting aspects of projects.
- Coordination of construction site safety requirements with project team.
- Management and Reporting of Construction Budgets for assigned projects.
- Management and Supervision of Quality Control aspects of assigned projects.
- Ability to establish a buyout schedule for scope of work on the project.
- Management of in-house construction crews and superintendents for assigned projects.
- Management of self-performed in-house civil construction crews for assigned projects.
- Project Design Coordination (Collaboration with Engineering & Architectural Consultants).
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors of assigned projects.
- Development and updating of construction schedules for assigned projects.
- Negotiation and preparation of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Review and approval of construction drawings.
- Change order preparation.
- Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Management and coordination of site meetings, owner meetings, punch list and closeout meetings.
- Preparation and reporting of monthly progress updates to company or client.
- Prepare monthly billings for projects assigned.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Ability to accurately sequence and plan construction projects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple construction trades on multiple projects.
- Ability to effectively and positively communicate with all parties involved in construction projects and company administration.
- Document Organization.
- Ability to identify risks.
- Ability to prepare monthly profit projections and reports.
- Possess a high sense of urgency at addressing and resolving challenges that arise on assigned projects.

Education/Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Architectural/Engineering with a minimum of 7 year’s experience as a project manager preferred but not required.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Experience in both public and private markets a plus for our company.
- Local to the Charlotte Area a plus, but not required.
